CHLA activley works with the Colorado Tourism Office (CTO).   CTO is a division of the Governor’s Office of Economic Development and International Trade. The mission of the CTO is to empower the tourism industry by inspiring the world to explore Colorado responsibly and respectfully. 

CTO fields "Come to Life" marketing campaigns targeting national and international travelers, manage  Colorado.com, and print the Official State Vacation Guide and the Official State Highway Map. In collaboration with public and private partners, CTO also operates 10 Colorado Welcome Centers at major gateways to the state.

Care for Colorado - CHLA is a proud Stewardship Partner of CTO's Care for Colorado program.  Care for Colorado is a a coalition of partners across the state that share important messaging about preserving and protecting our state’s natural resources. Being part of the Care for Colorado Coalition includes a toolkit that provides messaging, graphics, and videos for partners and communities to share through their marketing channels.

Colorado Tourism Leadership Journey - The Colorado Tourism Leadership Journey is a one of a kind program that is aimed at managers and executives who are seeking to grow their tourism leadership skills. This tuition-based, year-long program, creates an opportunity to strengthen leadership skills not only for the benefit of the participants, but also for their employers and communities. For employers, it is a cost-effective means for developing, rewarding and retaining top talent.

Colorado Meeting & Event Incentive Program - The Meetings and Events Incentive Program provides rebates of eligible hard costs for meetings and events in Colorado to assist in the state’s recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic. This program supports the retention and attraction of meetings and events to Colorado through June 30, 2024. Pre-approved applicants will receive a 10% cash rebate against eligible hard costs of hosting a
meeting or event in Colorado that takes place on or before June 30, 2024.
