Opportunites for Your Team

Free Certification Trainings: In order to consume all the $300,000 granted to us by the State, we need to put nearly 250 students through our certification courses in the next three months. This is doable, but we need your support. We have four classes currently scheduled for May and June and I hope you’ll consider sending your team members. These courses are FREE for CHLA members and we’ve had nothing but fantastic feedback from those who have attended. Click here to view the classes and register your team today!

Scholarships: We are extending the deadline for students to apply for our scholarship program as we have only received 6 applications. The Colorado Hospitality Scholarship Program is inclusive of two different scholarship programs in 2023. These scholarships are designed to help support students pursuing degrees from accredited universities, colleges, or trade schools while working in a hotel. This year, CHLA will award up to $100,000 in scholarships and MDLC will award up to $70,000 in scholarships.

These scholarships are available to anyone working at least 16 hours/week in a hotel who is enrolled in an accredited college, university, or trade school. The scholarships are available regardless of major and we strongly encourage you to share this application with all associates who are enrolled in school!
